Write a policy, get it approved, send it to the people it applies to, and see who has read it. Dates, versions and names all stay on the record.
Trusted by teams at leading organizations
Most companies keep their policies in a shared drive or an intranet folder, and send them around by email once a year. The file gets edited in place, so the old wording is gone. The email proves you sent it, and nothing else. Nobody owns any particular policy, so nothing tells you when one has gone out of date. Then someone asks which version was in place 6 months ago and who had read it, and there's no way to answer. WorkFlawless treats a policy as a controlled document. Every version is kept with its approval, policies go to the people they apply to, and each acceptance is recorded against the exact version that person read.
Someone reads the expenses policy and still has to go hunting for the claim form, the approval thresholds and whoever signs off anything over £500. Here the policy carries links to the SOPs that answer all of that, so people get the rule and what to do about it in one go.

Pick the policy, pick the team, set a date. Everyone on the list gets a reading and acceptance request. You get a count that moves as they go: 14 of 31 done, and the 17 names still outstanding.

Who accepted, who has not
Questions from auditors are usually about dates. Which version was live at any given time, and who had accepted it by then. Every confirmation here stores the person, the date, the version they read, and any note they left with it.

Approved, on the record
WorkFlawless policy management is built to be worth using in normal work, and to hold up when compliance or a regulator asks what was in force and who knew about it.
Each person gets a prompt with a deadline and confirms they've read that specific version. Their name, the date and the version number all go on the record, along with any note they add.
You don't need to remember to save a v2 or label something as "FINAL_FINAL_v3." Every save creates a new version automatically, with a timestamp and an author, so the version history stays up to date without anyone managing it.
Set a policy to come round again every twelve months and it does, without anyone diarising it. Anything with a statutory refresh gets handled the same way.
Summary and detailed reports, exported as CSV or PDF. When someone asks for evidence, you send the file rather than building it.
Add your mandatory policies to an onboarding Path and new starters work through them in order, alongside the SOPs for their role. You can see who finished and who stopped halfway.
Someone asks our FloAI assistant whether they can expense a certain purchase. They get the answer and the policy it came from, so they can check it themselves. FloAI only looks at what that person has permission to see.
