Cookie Policy

Effective date: 18th October, 2024

This Cookie Policy explains how WorkFlawless ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on workflawless.com and the WorkFlawless application (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage, pixels/tags, and software development kits that store or read information on your device. We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them), as well as first-party cookies (set by us) and third-party cookies (set by our partners).

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to: keep you signed in and secure; remember your preferences and consent choices; understand how the Site is used so we can improve it; and — only where you consent — measure and personalize advertising.

3. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (authentication, session management, security/CSRF, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices). These cannot be switched off.
  • Functional — remember preferences and settings to improve your experience.
  • Analytics / performance — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Loaded only with your consent where consent is required.
  • Advertising / targeting — used to measure ad campaigns and show relevant ads across other sites. Loaded only with your consent where consent is required.

4. Cookies and technologies we use

The specific cookies below may change as we improve the Site; this table reflects our current use.

We also use Google Tag Manager to manage these tags. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies but loads the tags above according to your consent.

5. Consent and your choices

Where required by law (including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we show a consent banner and load non-essential cookies only after you accept them. We apply Google Consent Mode so tags respect your choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where legally required.

You can:

  • Change your choices at any time using the cookie settings link in the Site footer (or "Your Privacy Choices").
  • Control cookies in your browser — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working.
  • Opt out of specific advertising partners via their tools, e.g. Google (adssettings.google.com), Meta, Microsoft, and industry pages such as youronlinechoices.eu and optout.aboutads.info.

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised date. Material changes affecting how we use cookies will be reflected in the consent banner.
