We are excited to share the latest batch of new features to the WorkFlawless platform as part of the Q4 product improvement roadmap. This quarter, we have been focusing on polishing the platform functionalities to provide an even better experience to our users, as well as adding new features to make the creation and adoption of process documentation easier and more effective.
WorkFlawless Companion: all your Workflows and SOPs directly on the browser!
Having a centralized knowledge base for all your company's processes is great... Having your procedures and workflows open and accessible directly on the browser as you perform tasks is even better!
With WorkFlawless Companion, it's now possible to have a "Process sidebar" always open as you perform a task on the browser, be it working on Google sheet, using a tool... you name it!
You just need an active WorkFlawless subscription and install the WorkFlawless Companion extension from the Chrome Web Store. Upon login, all your processes will be available on a sidebar in the browser for easy access.
You can then follow your Standard Operating Procedure steps easily while you navigate:

Workflow and SOP pre-made templates
We have also launched a new Template Library section. This new feature is also available with any plan, and allows users to browse a selection of pre-made common SOPs and Workflows for different teams and use them as a starting point for their own processes.
Once you find a template you need, you can quickly copy it and add it into your knowledge base. Just like any other Workflow or SOP in WorkFlawless, you can fully edit, tweak and customize them later.
With templates, creating and documenting your business processes is now even more straightforward and easier!

Lastly, a smaller update to our platform functionality is the ability to download any Workflow and SOP in PDF format.
This was a feature some of our users requested, as they needed to circulate processes within their organization in paper format.
